Yann THANWERDAS was awarded the first prize of the ATSI (Automatic Images and Signal Processing) of the EDSTIC Doctoral school of Université Côte d’Azur for his PhD work on “Riemannian and stratified geometries of covariance and correlation matrices” under the supervision of Dr Xavier Pennec.
