The Geometric Statistics workshop was held from Aug-30 to Sept. 5, 2019 in Toulouse, organized by X. Pennec with the help of Alice le Brigant. The workshop featured six-hour courses by Susan Holmes (Stat. Dept, Stanford), Ezra Miller (Duke University) and Xavier Pennec, talks by six other world specialists, and talks by students. The workshop was a success with about 50 participants during a week. For this workshop, the ERC G-Statistics covered the participation of the G-Statistics participants (X. Pennec, N. Guigui, Y. Thanwerdas), the Inria-Stanford associated team and the Labex CIMI of University of Toulouse covered the invitations of the other invited speakers.
